The Case Management Society of America local chapters are the building blocks of the organization. The All-Florida Case Management Network (AFCMN) is the regional chapter representing the State of Florida.

Virtual Meetings: Virtual Meetings allow us to bring cutting edge information and continuing education credits that you can view at your office or your home. If you have a topic you would like to have presented, please email allewellyn48@gmail.com

Onsite Meeting: Onsite meetings are set up in areas across the State when requested. If you would like to host a case management meeting in your area, please email Anne Llewellyn at at allewellyn48@gmail.com who can help you organize the event and get the word out case managers

National Conferences: The Case Management Society of America will hold its annual conference each year. The 2025 Conference will be in Dallas Texas, June 24-27, 2025. So save the date!

The All Florida Case Management Network’s will continue to meet its mission to “provide professional collaboration across the health care continuum, to advocate for patients’ wellbeing and improved health outcomes.” We hope you will join us!
